Kind of piggy backing off Impoze's post
Amazon are doing the reduced prices already.

Yes it is slightly cheaper to get it direct from bambu assuming you have a international transaction fee free card and do not need additional parts like nozzles.
Yes you saw the p1s cheaper earlier this year. Yes it was a price error.

I recommend getting it from amazon purely for the backup in case of dramas with the printer - Amazon is also bound by ACL law unlike (afaik) Bambu. In many cases the shipping will be quicker (eg A1 and A1 mini's showing next day delivery and p1s 2 day delivery). *

(As per comments below, Im now not actually sure how this would play out as technically the printer is supplied by Bambu, NOT sold by Amazon, just shipped by them)

For my 28 degrees price protection homies, I am not sure if they will honor the bambu website pricing. I've already got my claims approved by price protecting my amazon purchases against amazon pricing today.

The url in the OP which goes to Bambu's range in the shop for some reason omits the A1.
Here is the link for the A1 if required

Prices in title are WITHOUT AMS lite/ AMS. Yes I recommend AMS, especially for beginners.

remember to stock up on cheap jayo filament here Unfortunately stock is bare bone af right now.

        • looks like they have them under computers - printers

        • Sorry, noob here: what's CR?

  • Hey does anyone here live in WA and ordered a printer on Amazon?

I ended up buying a P1S on Wednesday the 5th of June. Amazon estimated delivery is the 25th of June but the tracking number says it's Toll but when I put it in on the toll website it says not valid. So then I spoke to Amazon and they said it's Team Global and it's on track. But when I check their website it also says not valid…

Not worried that it's not going to come, it's Amazon after all. Its just my impatient self wanting to know when I'm going to receive it haha!

Anyone else have a similar experience or know roughly what the actual delivery window is like?

    • Team global IS toll (not that that helps you) just think it’s funny Amazon cs didn’t clarify

What was the estimated delivery when you ordered? If they are late remember to hit up customer service, I got $10 credit when I complained.

      • Oh yeah that makes sense, but the tracking number doesn't work on either one….

        • Assuming you don’t live in literally the middle of nowhere with extremely limited access, it sounds like maybe the stock is not even in Australia to have such a crazy long transit/process time. Could be it’s been assigned in logistics (because Amazon has the measurements and can pre-do) but as the item hasn’t even been scanned nothing will track.

        • Mine randomly just turned up with no tracking or notice to Perth. Ordered direct

  • Hey has anyone noticed on Amazon it says the sale is ending in 2.5hrs. if you were on the fence now's the time!

  • Yes, P1S with AMS back to $1899. I hope the restock so I can try get the CR

  • +1

Got wind of this GC deal last night, not sure if it was on ozb and I'd missed it, but it's a good deal if you shop at woolies. Essentially paying for a $500 pre-paid mastercard and you get 10x points which results in $42 (woolies dollars) net profit (less the $8 cost of the card). Could have taken $100 off the P1S Combo on Amazon!

    • assuming everything went well, that would be awesome haha
