Do they still sent you short dated stuff? My last two orders about 2 years ago were short dated and I only had 2-3 months to finish 10kgs of protein.

    • I'm wondering if they still actually ship anything because I ordered a bunch 9 days ago and they've not shipped it and stuffed me around on support for the entire time.

It wouldn't be that big of a problem if they'd just allow changing the delivery address (my work is moving and it's going to the address we are now moving out of) but they also refused to do that.

      • Yeh, I asked this question on another Myprotein post and no one responded despite the deal being quite popular, which I thought was odd…

I never used to have problems when it used to be shipped from the UK.

        • I have not had many problems with myprotein AU or UK but this is now obviously a little stressful. $400 ish order and no contact other than late night which has to be customer support being outsourced elsewhere.

Edit: Cancelled the order, reordered to new address, stress gone.

      • fwiw I regularly order from MP for their clear whey isolate (pretty much the only decently priced clear whey available in Aus) and never had an issue with orders arriving. Think once or twice they took a little while to ship, usually during sale events, but once shipped were quick to deliver. Over-all shipping has been much quicker since they moved to Australia.

The clearance/outlet deals are all short dated the regular prices with 40-50% off with code are not short dated. It does suck that they don't mention this at all just have a steep discount and you have to assume its short dated.

Normal prices + 40-50% discount = normal dated product
Clearance price (40-50% or more of normal price) + stacked 40-50% discount = short dated product.

e.g. all these items are likely to be short dated: https://au.myprotein.com/nutrition/outlet.list

      • Ok, thanks for that link, first time I've heard of that but I'll keep it in mind.

Although when I bought it, it wasn't double stacked in that way, but it was 40% with a cashback capped at $30 or so iirc.
