  I've been having a lot of issues with NI Komplete 14 Ultimate - both on my MAcbook Pro M1 and my Windows PC.

  It's consistently forgetting things have been activated, which means when I reopen a project I need to reconnect the library I am using - this takes a lot of time and it's easy to forget what I was using unless I've labelled it fullly. So the EQ, dynamics, komplete library, battery library, massive library are forgotten when it loses it's activation.

  Also, on Logic pro on the mac I've given up using the NI libraries as they grind it so it's broken.

  A year ago I was not having any of these problems.

  I 100% believe you, but just like to say i use it at least once a day on my mac ( was m1 not mac studio) and i havent had any issues for the last year and it seems way more stable for me.

  Logic 11 if thats what your using has many issues right now so thats def happening to others.

  Are you using the latest ni management app? Does it show as it being activated there?

  Yeah I wonder whats going on. Tried deleting completely (including the appdata etc) then reinstalling but didn't seem to work. I use Native Access most recent version and generally whats available shows there.

  I've given up on the Mac - will try again in a couple of weeks.

  It's been stable on Windows the last while - but for example Picked Nylon dropped off for a few days and just disappeared then came back yesterday after being on holidays for a while - and stradivarius is currently on walkabout… the library files are still there but it's not visible in native access or the daw.

  Native Instruments as a company does not seem to be in the healthiest state after the private equity acquisition. While they have some great products, they are not investing much in improving them and are barely maintaining them. Based on that alone I think it is risky investing your hard-earned into this company's products. Arturia on the other hand…

  makes me sad seeing the decline of NI. Still a big fan of my S4mk3 but they are falling way behind the competition especially now with the live stems mixing.
