    I'd strongly suggest a 15 inch size laptop for playing dota unless you are using an external one.

    For capture or for transcoding? For capture I would suggest an older system (3rd or 4th core i) running Win7 and capture uncompressed/lossless. I was looking at this for transcoding as I use handbrake and seems that it would be good option.
