        After calling support, and being on hold for 40 minutes, took them 15 seconds to tell me wont do anything over the phone and to take it back to a store for a refund then re buy at discounted price.

    Good news is the DJI Mini 4 Pro range IS included in this sale, which is a bonus given no-one usually discounts these unless you get an eBay sale or something.

    Absolutely fuming though - placed a click-and-collect order to replace my third drone that took a swim (first two lost in Bali over 9 months, the third and my last under Care Refresh program got attacked by a bloody White Bellied Sea Eagle on it's maiden flight and ended up in salt water for an hour before I could recover it… droning is becoming a very expensive hobby)… and the bastards cancelled it as it "failed their verification process"… so now I've lost the coupon code, and the transaction has maxed out my credit card until the pre-authorisation clears which can take 2-3 days.

    Not the first time I've been dicked around with credit card verification processes with them. JB you've done it again :/

        Second that! My Ikea gaming chair is causing my infra/supra shoulder muscles tight because of the head rest. I work better without it.
