Can confirm $2249.50 through the Govt site as well

  • Do you need a .edu email to be eligible to establish an account?

Superb deal OP - cheapest I have seen new and retail was ~$2700 and usual on sale pricing ~$3600.

  • I can't see it in my government account. Maybe worth calling them and see if this offer will stack up with other discount voucher they gave me yesterday.

  • Just remember to film the repairman….
    .

    • Is the TV that bad?

      • +1

Nah it was a viral video about a repairman who intentionally broke a TV so they wouldn't have to fix it.
        It was caught on camera

  • Is this a good TV? Saw the reviews were good but some people say since its a QLED its not that good and for this price you can get a better OLED.

  • Is there any stock left? I'm having trouble with the EDU account so I can't see but on the actual website there isn't any stock; my niece has a .edu email so I am trying this but won't push it if there is no stock. Thank you

    • Went out of stock yesterday sadly :(

Keep trying every now and then as Samsung does tend to add stock irregularly throughout the week.

      • damn! my son broke the tv last night! He should have done it 2 days ago! haha

        • Back in stock now!

Remember your 5% discount for first time Shop App purchases. Hopefully your son will be a little more careful with this one :P

          • @nxllson: amazing! thank you! now to wait for my niece to get home to buy it haha

          • @nxllson: Ok i'm in now - how does the Shop App work? how would i get access to the Edu store via the shop app? is it possible? Thank you for the help :)

            • @Keith Jamieson: Within the app, on the bottom right, click on the three horizontal bars (menu) and you'll see "samsung education store'" option

got it all good! i didnt realise it was the actual samsung Shop App haha thanking you!

  • Samsung only offer 12 months warranty on their. They dont do extended warranty. My two previous Samsung TV lasted 3 years. Lucky i had extended warranty. It was all covered. Any one know how to extend you TV warranty without going to big retailers as they dont price match Education Store prices

  • In stock, extra $100 off for trade in even broken not bad
