  Beware this store might try to avoid it's warranty obligations -

  Purchased Basketball set for my son, broke after 5ish months.
  Like welding broke, no injury luckily.
  They even wrote me to say outdoor conditions may have broke it, i replied was that supposed to be indoors?
  Still waiting for resolution.
  They don't pick up phone for hours and they do call back with no results.
  Enough venting i think…

  More bad feedback here.

  If businesses want to post here their customer service should be a step above, not a few steps below.

  Not seeing bargains - for example a SUP is $299.99 less 30% = ~$219.99 - the equivalent product is $229 every day at Adventure Kings

  Terrible place to buy anything from. Ordered something for click and collect because it said it was available and turns out it wasn't, waited 2 months for it ship from a warehouse in Sydney to Melbourne. Kept fudging the arrival time every time I called and sometimes was on hold for up to an hour. Product turned out to be the most garbage made in China from the lowest tier factory possible.
