LG 27GR75Q-B 27" Monitor, QHD, IPS, 165hz $309 Delivered @ Scorptec

150

Seems like a huge discount? Down from $409. I've pulled the trigger, hopefully it's worth it. From what I gather it's a step down from the venerable 27GP850 with nano IPS but hey it's quite a bit cheaper.

One gripe I've been seeing regarding LG monitors with this kind of stand is that the vesa mount points are recessed, making it harder to find a suitable bracket that fits.

    300 nits is a joke.

      Barely enough nits to nitpick.

      • I always love a bit of NitWhit

For a desktop panel…? I target 125-150 nits brightness (I have a colourimeter) with the curtains up on a sunny day, 300 is way more than enough unless you plan to set up outside…

      • People reading HDR peak output on 2% of the screen displaying white for a miniLED or OLED TV and thinking it's relevant for non-HDR usage. Or worse, they think the HDR mode on a panel with a singular backlight is worth turning on….

      Would be pretty itchy though.
