Paid about $1250 for the gen5 outsize, order was cancelled and said I wasn't debited however money was taken. Will wait a couple days to follow up further.

Spoke to them for over an hour, absolutely useless, they ended up charging me TWICE even though in the email it mentioned i would not be charged at all.
No way for them to action a refund as they have been dispatched and I now have two vacuums on the way and am out $2500 and will only receive the money back after the vacuum arrives and is returned back to them.
