How's Samsung reliability? In some previous Samsung washer deals, comments say to avoid Samsung. I've never had any issues with their TVs or sound equipment, and I just bought a Samsung vacuum cleaner which has good reviews.

Buyer beware: I made an order for a fridge and washing machine from the last deal. Placed my order on 10/04/24 for delivery on 30/04/24. I am still waiting for my items, contacted support over 30 times (online and by phone), no straight answers as to what is going on.
I have requested a refund, which they state will take over 20 business days (meaning they will have held ~$1400 for over 8 weeks with no explanation).

I'd say they don't actually have stock levels and are selling ghost stock. Holding funds (to gain interest or to buff sales figures) then refunding as per consumer law months down the track.

This has been an absolute nightmare, living without a fridge sucks. Steer clear.

  • I get this error when I try logging in with my edu account I made years ago… any idea how to fix?

    • Yea same on my home desktop PC. Just need to sign in using QR code to bypass it. Even clearing cache and incognito mode and different browsers didn't fix it.
