  I've been given an absolute ring-around by Samsung - I made my order 4 weeks ago and they still haven't delivered. The courier has attempted pickup twice but the order isn't ready. I keep calling Samsung who say that I need to ask the courier when my order will be ready.

  I'd definitely steer clear, this is a mess. Currently waiting for a refund through PayPal.
