Depending on how old the stock is… might be affected by this issue at some point https://lian-li.com/regarding-issues-with-our-galahad-aio-af…
I had to RMA a unit of this with Lian Li, was relatively painless as far as RMAs go but still annoying to have a piece of equipment fail after a year or two (for me).

You're never really going to know what year of manufacture you're going to get though.

    • I had to RMA mine too, same problem Gamers Nexus mentioned, RMA was easy though kudos to Lian Li. With Arctic Freezer iii now

        Wow, good to know.

Did they give you a full refund?

How much did you buy the AF3 for?

        • At the time there just sent a replacement (i didn't have to send the dodgy one back) but I'm using the new one in a family build now. I got the white Arctic 360 for $199 at PCCG, but I bought another 3 identical fans for push/pull. Using Thermal grizzly pads with it, Arctic is superquiet and good temperatures. Thoroughly impressed with it.

          • @AliusCairo: I'm looking for a good 360 aio for my 7800X3D, that looks pretty and doesn't break the bank (no overclocking).
I paid under $200 for my Montech KING 95 Pro so, paying the same for an AIO is just toooooo much, imo.

Any good budget recommendations are welcome. 😀

            • @lordra: I've got the 7800x3d, but unfortunately I don't have any recommendations for abudget AIO.

They offered replacement 1:1 of the radiator+pump without fans (as the existing fans that came with it weren't faulty).

  • No support for LGA1700.
Oops - the LanLi website suggests that they now have support.
