Is there a technical data sheet for the Syn-X? This is a Supercheap exclusive product and is not listed on the Gulf Western website. The Supercheap listing doesn't have much info.

    • Gulf Western tech support might be able to provide it?

      • Do they still do this? There is no signage or information on the website advertising it. Last time I took recycled oil, they didn't offer me anything, but I didn't ask.

    • retailer-exclusive products are usually corner-cut in some way :( hope this is an exception

  • i bought 3x 2months ago from supercheap. $33

Amazing how service costs for vehicles are so high when retail prices of oils are $8 per litre. I know labour costs are high but really. More than $300 for a simple service is gouging. Again. A treat just for Aussies.

  • Has anyone compared Nulon Apex+ Full Synthetic 5W-30 Long Life Engine Oil (API SP) vs. Gulf Western 5W-30 SYN-X 4000? They both meet API SP spec, both made in AU.
