    Fr fr?

quite a few of the things I have looked at are quite a bit more expensive at Priceline compared with other stores.

  • I assume separate orders are fine too? I don't see anything in the terms disputing it.

Yup should be fine, like usual. Better to do that.

Don't trust this company TopCashBack*. I (and others) signed up for the 100% cashback chemist warehouse deal a month or so ago. Over one month still nothing. Made a case and they don't get back to you for over a few months. So you will either never see the cash back or it will be a few months to get it back

Similar experience here as I'm still awaiting the cashback from Oodie's one. Still no tracking at all and you don't get much response from them either.

    • same with me on a new account.

    • @SwampyBits Sorry about that. I posted the crappy deal on 7th April and it has been over 3 weeks ago. Based on past experience, it can take up to 2 months on average before you get the tracking showing.

In that Chemist Warehouse deal, there was almost no stock plus no tracking and no bonus for those who signed up. After this marketing fail, I won't be posting another TopCashback deal. Tried to help everyone affected and tagged and DM the rep several times. The rep didn't appear to be that helpful or responsive. I cannot believe how incompetent TopCashback was with that deal, considering the number of years the company has been operating in UK, USA etc.

@SwampyBits Sorry to hear that your cashback didn't track and thank you for submitting a claim.
It can take retailers up to 12 weeks for them to review their claims but please be rest assured that we are chasing this up for you and we'll provide an update on your claim as soon as we hear back from them.
      Many Thanks.

    • @willywolf and @illyphilly I am also sorry to hear your cashback did not track. I am hoping you also have submitted a claim. We typically have to wait about 12 weeks or so for retailers to review your claim and provide us with your cashback. We are keeping an eye on it and will provide an update as soon as we hear from them.
To help with tracking in future we would ask to try our tracking advice page here
https://www.topcashback.com.au/help/how-can-i-make-sure-i-re… as we do see this help members who have had tracking issues.
      Many thanks.

    • Same experience for me.

    • Same. I have deactivated my account with them.

  • After clicking the cashback link from TCB and waiting for the page to re-direct to Priceline website, does it just redirect to a blank page for anyone else?

    Happens on two browsers now?

Refreshing the page works, but not sure if that will affect the click through.

    • @JHoliday I am sorry to hear about the challenge you are having, I hope its sorted now. You do not need to worry about the clicks, as soon as you click through our site to the retailers page, it gets recorded on your click history. However if you need any further assistance to check and all, please send me a private message with your details. Many thanks.

      • Yes it stated working again fine shortly after making that post.

Placed an order for the Berocca as per below.

I’ve also only had good experiences with TCB and have placed many orders. On the odd occasion it hasn’t tracked correctly the first time, they have always honoured any missing requests.

Chiming in to say my experience with TopCashback wasn't what I hoped. I originally signed up for a $10 cashback deal plus $10 sign up bonus (I can't recall what the deal was). One of the cashbacks was honoured but the other was denied. Had to buy something else to get enough credit to withdraw (which withdrew fine), but at this stage I'll still be CR first, then SB.

    • by enough credit to withdraw do you mean the minimal withdraw limit? because I have withdrawn $1.60 in the past?

      • +1

I can't recall - I think because I had received a freebie that I needed to have actually earned a minimum amount via another purchase (which the other $10 was supposed to be). So in the end I did withdraw something like $10.37. It just wasn't the $20 I expected and I had to jump through an extra hoop.

        YMMV.

    • @thisisscotts Hi there, its not very clear what you mean, as we have no minimum or maximum withdrawal limit, and you never need to buy something else to get enough credit to withdraw your earned cashback.
If you are getting confused about the sign up bonus or maybe a new member deal and you would like me to further explain how it works, please drop me a private message, also if you would want me to have a look at that particular transaction to help you better understand what may have happened, I would be willing to if you dropped me a pm with your details. Many thanks.

Same here. That $10 sign up bonus is more of a loophole. The catch is you need to earn $10 cashback to meet the requirement for the $10 sign up bonus. It means that you have to spend at least $200 based on 5% cashback rate. Any bonus cashback doesn't count. The sign up bonus also has an expiry. So, it is one of the hard to get comparing to other bonuses from TC.

  • Berocca 30 tablets looks to be a good deal if you need to stock up!

    No cap? Surely you capping!

I still havent gotten my cashback from footlocker, not even a response from topcashback.

    • +2

      Neither did I.

      • +1

basically scammed into spending hundreds on the notion of 30% cash back, now im here wondering if i should return the things i bought because theres only a few days left to do so and i bought a bunch of things i didn't really need because of the 30%.

    • @illyphilly and @Foma2 Thanks for reaching out. You sound like your cashback has successfully tracked, but may still be pending. If this is the case, your cashback is pending at the moment because we are waiting for the retailer to confirm your transaction. They need to wait and factor in the returns period for example, as this period will need to pass until you receive your cashback. Typically the entire cashback process can take up to 12 weeks - we keep you updated at each stage of the process.
If however, it did not track, feel free to submit a claim if you have not already done so.
      Many thanks,

I've already submitted a claim. Haven't heard from TopCashback since then.

  • FWIW my experience with TopCashback has been positive, after I learned to be patient. It went WAY past the amount of time for OvoEnergy, like a month or more past the deadline, and I thought to myself if I complain there's a chance it'll get rejected so just be patient, and as a result I got the cashback in the end. I've had $214 worth of cashbacks all successful from TopCashback. So just because you haven't gotten a cashback in the timeframe you were initially told you would, doesn't mean you won't.

    • @myfragileego thank you for your honest comments. The Estimated payable speed that you are given for your cashback is only an ‘Estimated’ time for when we would hope the merchant pays the cashback. We base the Estimated payable date on various factors. This is to try and give a realistic time period for when we would expect the cashback to be paid.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the cashback will be paid on the Estimated payable speed as we do have to wait for the merchant to physically pass the funds on to the Affiliate Network, who will then pass this on to us, so that we can then award the cashback to our members.
We can appreciate that it is frustrating when a transaction passes the Estimated payable speed however, please be assured that as soon as the funds are received, this will reflect in your account.
Thank you for the patience you had during the process. We look forward to the opportunity to provide you more seamless service. Many thanks.

  • I've been lucky and only have had good experience with TopCashback. Fast to track and easy to redeem. I had issue with Elemis once but when i emailed to enquire, the process was easier (than shopback) and it was resolved in 1-2 weeks. Communication was straightforward, clear and prompt. I would recommend TopCashback, especially the deals are also quite good consistently. My2 cents.

    • @Rachadeal Thank you so much for your kind recommendation! We're thrilled to hear that you're happy with our service and appreciate your willingness to recommend us. We strive to provide the best experience possible, and it’s rewarding to know that our efforts are resonating with our members. Many thanks.

      • The keyword is "Lucky". Why do we have to be lucky to get cashback that was promised? I was previously "lucky", but my last order (Pizzahut) was never tracked. Filed a missing cashback claim, apparently it takes like 16 weeks to "get a result" from the retailer. Won't be surprised if nothing happens. At least Cashrewards asks for payment evidence etc. Topcashback still has a long way to go in matching cashrewards and shopback.

  • I've been using TopCashback for almost a year now and never had problems with tracking or denial of a legit cashback. You have to be patient and wait for the cashback to be payable. If you do encounter any delays with the cashback becoming payable then reach out to their customer service and they are usually very helpful.

  • Any good ideas for mother's day 💐❤️
