  • I think this might be enough to swing me over from Coles Plus even with the minimum order being $50 and rapid delivery not having a $10 fee the annual difference is pretty juicy

    i think with $75 minimums, it's a dealbreaker, should be $30

I expect they would have done some modelling to figure out how often people spend how much, and what hit they'd take on profit, and some market research on what people consider "reasonable". With having absolutely zero data to go on $75 feels high, Coles' $50 seems much better.

Honesty I'm surprised it's not based on suburb/postcode.

      • It’s based on suburb to get delivery

When 1 bag of groceries is close to $75 these days that minimum spend isn't that far fetched.

  • Kind of just in time for me. Cancelled a week or so ago as the $2 bag fee eats into the cost vs convenience factor. $2 is almost always an overcharged amount unless doing a massive order.
But I guess at $7/month including bag fee for one delivery per month on a big order combined with everyday extra 10% off its kind of ok for time poor people and families

    • Sucks that they removed the 10% off discount for delivery orders.

No they haven't. 10% works for online orders including delivery or click and collect for Everyday Extras subscribers but not for Woolworths mobile/insurance customers.

        • Everyday Extras costs $70 ongoing.

          • @RecklessMonkeys: Yes but definitely worthwhile as it can pay itself off pretty quickly

        • Does everyday extras give you one 10% off online AND one 10% off instore every month?

  • Doesn't Coles offer midweek delivery for $2 for orders over $50? Might be area dependent, I guess I should check for myself.

    Beauty!
    Easy pick over Coles.
Wife and I have been using this for the last year with a newborn, I don't think we can go back to going to the shops

  • Bit the bullet and signed up using my discounted Special Woolworths MasterCard. Saved 10% I think from the previous Amex deal

  • Aren't those $2 bags 25c in store?

    • It's a flat $2 bag fee (not each bag) once per delivery. So if you get 9 or more bags you're ahead 😂

      • Most of the time you'll be well below $2 worth of bags though which makes it a rip off

  • My equation (first 12 months)

    W $59.50 +$2/delivery (min. $75 spend)
C $0 +$3.50/delivery (min. $50 spend, deliveries Tues to Thurs)

    • Thanks - shows as $2 for me for coles!
