A new customer is defined by NordVPN, and nothing to do with your Cashrewards account. Simply use a new email address at their end, the same Cashrewards account as always, and you're good to go.

Click 'Shop Now' or 'Shop Offer' and buy - don't click away to other sites looking for codes and don't use any 3rd party plugins. Best to use the Cashrewards mobile app on 4G/5G as this eliminates potential issues with WiFi/router firewalls etc. Tracking for NordVPN typically takes 1-4 hours.

All plans (discounted or not, excluding upsold products) are eligible for 95% cashback (2-year, 1-year, monthly). Remove up-sold products such as NordPass & NordLocker as they are ineligible for cashback. So unless you really need or want the extras, best option (IMHO) is to simply choose one of the Standard plans and not Plus or Complete.

A tip from comments in previous posts is to select a country with no GST to save further at checkout as GST is ineligible for cashback. Pay with a card that does not charge overseas transaction fees.

    so all the plans are included in cashback ?? was thinking about Complete one, which costs around $134.73 Usd [apprx. $206 Aud, without Gst ] will give back around $211 Aud. Am i right or missing something, first time buying VPN.

      I got Complete via Shopback ios app, 2 years + 3 months, I was charged AU$205.60 with Mastercard (I'm in California, no GST).

      The process in the Shopback app kinda hung after the payment was confirmed (NordVPN shows the screen to download their apps "to complete the setup" or something, but after clicking any of the "download" buttons, a spinner was displayed and I wasn't being redirected aywhere), but I logged in to the account in my desktop browser (got the email code, set password) and my account is active now.

      I'll let you know if it tracked in the next hours. Or days.

        Just to echo my shopback app also had the spinning hang after clicking the download NordVPN app button.

        so fingers crossed it tracks properly for us.

        for reference Basic came to $127AUD (usa-cali) for me

        Got an email from SB - only 147.23 AUD tracked. I'll be getting a refund, as I don't need to spend $50 on the extras.

          Yeah, this is confusing af.

          From the other deal from Cashrewards, mentioned in this deal description:

          All plans are eligible, but the best option is not to choose Plus or Complete, because these have extras that are not eligible?

          So all plans are eligible, as long as it's the Basic plan?

          I've just received an email from NordPass, so I guess I signed up for that too. And after checking my email receipt, that's the item I subscribed:

          NordVPN/NordPass Premium/NordLocker Premium 1TB: 2-year subscription

          So dodgy - clearly the business model here is to confuse the crap out of the buyer. Well, there's always 30-day money back guarantee, but that's still going to cost me 3% international transaction fee (and any change in US$ rates, I guess).

    I am steering clear of shopback for these kind of deals. Got scammed by them once, never got paid, claimed that it wasnt tracked and merchant would not pay. Bunch of liars.

    I have used multiple cashback type of sites and i know how to ensure transactions are tracked. Cashrewards and topcashback is far more reliable than this lot.

      Yeah, I've been burned before like that, but learnt to use the app on the phone instead a desktop browser. Shady T&Cs is a different story. You really need to know what you're doing to get the extra savings.

      I had to use the desktop browser last week, however, and it hasn't tracked yet. I have a screen recording, not sure if it's going to be useful.

    I used mobile app shopback and when checking out made sure i used a international free card then choose a zero tax country to check out so i didnt have to pay gst. Tracking came in today by shopback
