Yup, inside Lemon Grove, but it's a "Connect" 50sqm store.
I originally thought it'll be a warehouse sized store inside Chase or Chatswood East so that threw me off Google results.
I don't think it's actually inside Lemon Grove. I happened to be in Chatswood the other week before it opened and remember seeing the storefront facing onto the mall, in between the two entrances to Lemon Grove.
@GreenGuava: True customers wont have to enter through the main doors but it's still part of the Lemon Grove building.

Just had a quick look. Store is absolutely minuscule and very awkward to browse in. But a decent range of basics and staff are friendly. No cash facility at the moment which is a bit irritating, hopefully they can sort that soon.
