Perfumes have alcohol in them, so considered highly flammable and so come under various restrictions under how they can be transported or stored, regardless of size.

Would it really matter if a bloke wears a women's perfum? The fellas at work always remark on the pleasant scent of my wife (perfume) that lingers on me.
I mean some brands have unisex scents given it's just smells. So if you wanna smell nice for the fellas at work go for it. That said, i usually try to find scents that my gf enjoys

There are no rules these days. Women can wear mens frangrance and vice versa. Modern fragrances are blurring the line now. Mens perfume can also habe floral notes and be sweet. As long it smells good and you like it, feel free.

For some reason, Amazon has decided that I can’t get any deodorants or perfumes sent to my house.
I have the same problem. Apparently perfume is a hazardous material and can't be delivered by Amazon. However, Chemist Warehouse will deliver perfume to my address.
And people 5 minutes away can get it delivered no problem
