        Unfortunately, Smart Access only has no monthly account fee when you deposit at least $2,000 a month.

        • A fairly common requirement for many accounts. You can transfer $2,000 in and then transfer it out immediately. There is no requirement to maintain or grow a balance.

  • Also note Disney is stopping password sharing in June so joining the Netflix band wagon may help those who will need get your own subscription

  • Even for free this service is terrible. Atrocious UI, the skip credits function doesn’t work and you really need it because they tack 15 minutes of extra credits onto shows for all the localised versions. Also, you have to manually find each episode.

    If you want to give Disney your money, so be it, but do yourself a favour and find the actual media somewhere else, you’ll have a much better time.

  • I missed out on the launch of this offer but just received it this morning to my surprise.

    It would be worth checking again for those who previously missed out.

  • I've got zero luck. Tried three accounts and nothing!

  • I think there is a bug when signing up via Android on the phone, it thinks my new account is an existing member, and the offer is only for new members sign up only, but when you login on your desktop PC, my account is fine, with next payment due on 22 Nov 2024 (6months).

    • Same issue for me on Android, said my account was already subscribed but I have never had a subscription. Tried making a new one which created an account but then said there was an error and tried to charge me full price. Will try desktop later and report back

    So strange, I received this offer on launch and forgot to activate it until today. Went into the app to check and the offer is now gone. if I remember correctly, the offer was valid until sometime in June. I understand it may finish early but others are reporting they now have access to the offer whereas I no longer have it.

    • I get what you mean, i experienced the same unfortunately.
      Meaning they ninja ended it, those who had the offer since early April who did not use the offer missed out, while giving chance to other Yello users to take advantage of the deal.
      Sux but we know better next time..

  • So annoyed! Finally got this offer and signed up using my old account and it says I’m not eligible and can’t use the code! I hate Disney!

    • @choofa I got a similar error, said something about not eligible due to payment method not matching the region of the offer or something like that. Changed payment method from credit card to Paypal and it worked. Not sure if your problem was the same but maybe something to try?

      • Oddly it just worked anyway lol
        It came up with the error but a couple of hours later I realised I had a welcome to Disney email and I tried it on the tv and it worked. Very strange!

  • Finally got the offer. Looks like accounts are being activated at different times.

        Didn't want to attempt cancellation. Just put through a calendar event to cancel a few days before the next payment in December.

        I just did this last night. Activated 6 month trial, cancelled minutes later. After cancelling says active until 21-Dec.

      I did today (via the Chat with a human in the app) and this was the response:

      "The offer was available for a certain time. If it has now disappeared, means it is no longer available. I do apologise for the inconvenience. Was there anything else you need assistance with?"

      I replied with : "The Terms and Conditions of the offer said it was to expire end of August, so in over 1 months time, hence I hadn’t activated it yet as I was waiting for my paid month to conclude. This is not in line with the T&Cs"

      (yes I know in T&Cs it can be removed at any time)

      Final response was:
      "I do understand that it must be frustrating. What I can confirm is that the offers do come back and are only offered for a period of time. This was a limited offer and once the maximum number of offers were reached the offer gets removed. The offer was available for a limited time .

    Disappeared for me last week, but came back today. Perfect timing as my subscription expired yesterday!

      Same for me - I had it a few weeks ago, but then it disappeared and I thought I missed it.

      It reappeared again and I was going to sign up, but i got distracted by other stuff and now it's disappeared again today
