Why do you need family cover? Aren't kids all covered under Medicare?

Are kids like $10 a year more than a couple?

What is the benefit of a couple policy over 2 singles? Price looks the same?

    • Better off to pay the higher premium with Bupa ATM for a few months and get 70k Everyday rewards for single and 140k for couple etc

      • This isnt for existing BUPA members already though is it?

        • +1

signup bonuses are never for existing members

        • beware - they also class ambulance cover as existing health insurance! Ambiguous small print.

  • What's your strategy to churn your health insurance?
I've read some start calendar year, some reset benefits financial year?
How often do you churn? Any risks?

  • Kindly update if anyone enquired about this.
I am with BUPA now and being there more than 2-3 years now. if i switch to HCF, should 12 months waiting period applicable or it will be referred from my current insurer so that i do not require to wait ?
