5% off isn't much for Aus number 1 bargain website. Seems more like using OzB for free advertising than an actual bargain.

Hi, this deal and our products are aimed at commercial purchasers that are spending on commercial equipment. For example, 5% off $3000 is $150, equipment that is upwards of $30,000 like industrial washers that is $1500. We are not focusing on domestic purchasers that want to spend $20.

Why are you posting on a consumer deals website then? This site is overwhelmingly oriented towards consumers, not industry, which lends weight to the argument you are trying to leverage this site for free advertising.

        • -3

Because buyers online go onto websites to buy both. People own multiple types of businesses and buy both from us, but this deal is aimed at commercial buyers that are looking for coupons to save (which they will). Please read the deal instead of trying to attack and troll.

@Freshway: i dont see any bargain base by your post. Do you know what the name of this website ?
Come back again when you have bargain for us not to spam this website for your own advertising

@Freshway: No trolling, just preserving the integrity of the site from unscrupulous merchants trying to pass off overpriced goods + paltry discounts as "bargains".

            • @Ham Dragon: Trying to bully and attack people is preserving the integrity of the website? Hmm … what you mean is that you are looking for a cheap deal. We do have those, especially closer to EOFY for instore specials and online on all goods including the cheaper domestic but this particular offer is for people that are looking to purchase large equipment.

@Freshway: Ok so it's gone from "attack and troll" to "bully and attack" LMAO…what baseless accusation will you come up with next?

One thing you need to understand is posting here does not preclude your claim being scrutinised, and feedback given. BTW your deal isn't visible any more due to negs…all this smack talk for nothing!

    • We are in NSW. You linked to a website in WA, that still charges shipping. I don't see how your post is relevant.

      • +1

if a company in WA can put this price, can you match the price with them ?

        • Did you read their website, pickup only. We do trade account deals for companies, so yes especially pickup. But if it's a one off purchase then no.

          • +1

@Freshway: so you provide with free delivery ? It does not say in your tiitle or your ads

            • @HolyCr4p: I suggest you look at the ads, what the ad applies to then look at the equipment. I can't hold your hand for you on this unfortunately.

Minimum $150 spend to get a $7.50 discount….no bargain listed.

What a crappy spam post. This is not a free advertising platform.

  • +5

Negging because cheaper elsewhere as mentioned above by HolyCr4p.

Edit - Also issue with seller, nobody forced you to post your fake bargain here so it's a bit rich saying members are attacking you & being trolls.

    • -3

Nobody forced you to comment on the ad because it's aimed at something you can't afford or wouldn't buy for yourself. So it's a bit rich you would still be on here commenting. Don't worry, we have deals for the cheaper stuff coming in May and June for EOFY :)

      • +5

Nice, talk shit to users & infer they're too poor to buy your products, that'll go down well…congrats, you now have a massive target painted on your account for future posts!

        Neg for rude rep behaviour.

Wow. Brilliant customer service skills 👌

Good luck dealing with this guy on a warranty claim. Seems like Freshway Supplies is generating more static than their power washers. Maybe they need a 5% discount on chill pills instead

Doesnt seem like a good discount/deal

Poor conduct for a store rep.

The litany of 1 star Google reviews are starting to make sense now.

    • +2

      Wow, you weren't kidding

If I could give 0 star I would. Sell products on line they do not have. Do not answer meassges. I had to personally search for their contact details as they never responded. Happy to take your money. Your listing said you had 3 in stock. You had zero. Many reviews say the same thing. Wish I read the reviews before I spent $1000 +. Who ever does the online side is hopeless at their job.

Very poor communication. Placed $155 online order on 24 May, card charged, still no items received and no advice from seller. Emailed them morning of 4 June, with 'high priority' status, asking what was happening and still no communication from them. If items aren't actually in stock, how hard is it to advise me? Very disappointed. Paid through Paypal so exploring further options.

      -

Stay away from this lot. Purchased one item and received half a dozen automated marketing emails, despite not subscribing and clearly stating to not send unscolicted spam. Spam is verry wasteful and inconsiderate of the recipients time.

      • Pure gold. Be sure to bring this up if these clowns ever decide to post here again. The community needs to be aware…this doesn't sound like a reputable company at all.
