Imagine the ridicule you would cop accidentally bringing your bit holder instead of a battery to the job site one day

haha i am sure that has already happened to someone more than once. Every time you take all the tools, you end up only using one or two and the day you travel light that's when you forgot the one tool that was critical for that job…haha

Any drill bit deals ? Multiple materials one

You won't forget your bits, but you will forget your battery.
I don't think this is a clever design.

    • I think it will make a great gift. I bought Milwaukee bit set from them just before Christmas and everyone I gave it to loved it.

Why didn't they just have Bit Box printed in white below the Makita that's on the sides?

Obviously they're good at design concepts but never had to take tools to a do a job!

      • Or have a battery rail on the bottom of the bit box, then you could also attach your battery to the bit box which is attached to the drill.

You would need to be pretty bent or hungover to mistake this for a battery. It doesn't look like one or feel like one

      • +2

I would also assume you are taking more than one battery to the job so even if you did confuse the bit box as battery you'll have more batteries hey.

Same for me. Not even a shipping confirmation.

Took monies real quick of course 😬

      • So after emailing them today to ask where my order was, I almost immediatly got a shipping notification…

        • Same thing for me actually, still only says
(Label created by sender) so has not actually even hit Australia Post…

          Pretty poor form!

        • Still no change to tracking info, hasn't even been picked up for delivery.

Wonder if they're just drop shipping…

          • @XXRydeR: Same here. I thinking we're being strung along
