Yeah, I like the idea of the extendable cubby bit. But I'd be inclined to put it together without the climbing bars on the frame. At least until my child could be trusted not to yeet themself off the top bars. lol
my two would prob try and use it as a starting point to try and parkour from cubby to window ledge grab to set of drawers landing with a 180d spin.
Looks like a cage. Kids will be bumping their heads on those bars all the time. Will definately pass on this.

they also say on an email they sent me on this clearence product - "No warranty for clearence items" pretty sure this isnt legal
It would just mean nothing over and above your ACL guaranteed warranty provisions. And you're now gonna get a replacement, as it's discontinued.

these used to be had for $499 with a mattress. so not as good value as before.
