Have heard of the exp of some when buying phones etc from DWI. But I have bought all of my bodies and lens from DWI without any problems. Had a lens delivered in 5 days once

I've bought a ton of stuff from them over the years, their service used to be top notch, not so anymore. I wouldn't recommend them.

havn't had any problems with DWI myself,
the US RRP price just dropped to $1699 so we should probably see all grey prices reflect that soon
sold my mark2 for $1750 when mark3 was a week away to coming out, i am a happy man now :D

i bought almost all of my camera gears from DWI. but last month i ordered canon 60d and tamron lens for my friend, few days after got email saying there was a issue with my order and will be getting my money back. since then i havent heard from them, i've called them million times no answer and no reply of my emails. still waiting for refund.. total amount was more than$1000

anything over 1k has a chance to be held at customs till you cough up the 10% more or less.
legally it should, however in my experience DWI write a value under $1k on the customs declaration
I don't trust DWI anymore after recent bad feedback this year…
