    • Cheers, Pauly!

  • Great deal.

    • I know right! :D

Pity postage is the only option and you killed the discount code. Boo.

        • +1

          Click and collect is free.

And, $9.95 postage. Everyone else is selling these for $170+. You're getting a great deal. Now go buy 4, please! :)

GET10 code also works for $10 off, I ordered two don't know if it works for one.

    • sure does, thanks mate!

      • You guys got lucky. Hot deals like this aren't eligible for other discounts. Have fixed.

          Username no longer checks out

            • @twpromos: It's a good deal but I'm invested in another ecosystem.

My comment was how your username matched with DanielPender - twopromos - cheap battery plus a discount code.

You removed the $10 promo code resulting in one promotion only and your username therefore no longer checked out.

I guess if I need to explain this then my joke fell flat.

              • @MS Paint: I'm afraid it did Muzeeb. I take back my Ryobi comment. That's very unkind of me! Haha. :P

  • Weird. Was looking at these batteries last night but couldn't justify spending $150+ on one just for home use.

Thanks op, I'm gonna grab one

    • We read your mind!

  • Just need a electric blower cheap enough to go with it 😂

    • +1

We have some pretty decent prices on our Makita range. :)

    • Makita are always running a free blower deal with a bundle purchase

    • if you can wait, its best to get a package or bundle deal during the holidays. that is where you will get the most savings.

  • Does it suit your DUR192LST brushless trimmer as yours shows BL1850B-L not just the B ?

    • This battery is compatible with the DUR192LST.

We need the European Union to go hard at manufacturers and standardise all these batteries…

    • +1

Why i think its good they are all different, different styles different performance in the tools

    • Adapters exist.

  • +2

not to rain on ur parade but tools.com 5 cents cheaper and free shipping

  • Maybe I'm doing it wrong but I've never bought a stand alone battery and have lots (10+) of dewalts and a few other brands. They've either come bundled or store promos or manufacturers redemptions. Of course I have spent $$ on the various tools but I justify that with the free batteries.

    • Do you get the bigger batteries with bundles? All my tools tend to come with the smaller batteries. No real issue for me as it's only home use so I just keep one on charge but I'm guessing tradies don't want to be swapping batteries too often.

      • It varies, I actually had too many free flexvolts and was pleased to get some nice light 4 and 5ah for drills and drivers

  • Asked nicely and Got price beaten at bunnings tho adding a $10 delivery fee.

  • Wish your store was closer, got it through TT instead. Thanks lad.

  • fantastic deal, i bought the double pack from bunnings last time i needed just 1. i need another one again, so will get this.

  • +1

Went to bunnings bayswater WA this arvo and got them to beat it.
Paid $89.10 didn’t get charged postage. Too cheap. Ended up buying 2.
    Win

  • Out of curiosity, what does the -L actually mean? I've noticed what others have already mentioned - Bunnings don't have this on theirs. Basically every other tool shop I've looked at online today does have it on their product page/s.

    • Great question. L = Light. There's a light indicator on these bad boys. From the product page: "Fuel gauge indicator, displays charge remaining on battery in four stages."

  • It's been six days since I ordered 2 of these. No reply to emails (other than auto generated).

Anyone else actually had them delivered? Or even posted yet?

    • Hi Chocclate,

Which email address did you email to? I oversee our customer service team and we're pretty much up to date with our emails.

Send again and write ATTN PAUL in the subject line and I will have a look into it.

Chances are your order is stuck with a store. Happy to have a look into it. We have shipped hundreds of these babies as a result of this sale.

      Cheers, Paul
