UPDATE: So I decided to make a warranty claim, thanks to the OP for reminding me that all Nelson-Rigg bags come with a lifetime warranty. I had completely forgotten, hence I never bothered to make a claim (I bought my bag back in 2017). I made the claim today and sent through the photos as evidence. They responded straight away and have advised that they have accepted my claim. I will now ship my old bag to them. As soon as they receive my bag, they said they will send me out a brand new one.
Got to say, I'm very happy with their service. Making the warranty claim is very easy and I received an immediate response and resolution.
That's good to hear they're replacing the bag for you, is it the same model they're sending as a replacement or an updated model?
same bag, just the updated model as my model doesn't exist anymore.
@PleasureMe: Nice, keep using it til it fails then get a free updated model every few years haha
I bought a Nelson-Rigg tail bag many years ago, and the zipper stopped zipping about 3 years after I bought it. It's a good bag, but not being able to zip it closed really detracts from the experience. Would that be covered by the Lifetime warranty? The shop I bought it from no longer exists unfortunately.
