When it comes to pool cleaners they have changed over the years! A mate of mine recently got a new pool installed in the backyard, the usual creepy crawly looked different!
I was expecting the long hose connected to the pool pump to suck out the leaves on the floor into the skimmer box, nope they had a battery operated one, not this exact model but similar.

Has anyone used an Aiper or one of these for a length of time.. I remember telling the Maytronics dealer on the last deal that these things are the way to go but I doubt they have reached the same level of effectiveness as the wired Dolphins. My used Dolphin is still going strong but is pretty dumb with zero sensors..which makes sense underwater with little to no electronics but my unit is 5 years old.. a lot of dev has happened since then.
