Unless you need the VDE version, I would recommend these ones for $24.07

They also have a lead catcher for holding the bits of wire you cut off, so they don't fling all over the place, potentially into your eyes.

Great for cutting cable ties flush too, leaves no sharp edges, and holds onto the offcuts.
