Looks like discount will be applied at the cart stage. That's the only way you can tell if your product is on the exclusion list, as there's no summary of what's excluded. FYI, and as expected, ball machines are excluded. Shame.
They also didn't honour a sale once when my order was cancelled and I wanted to order again after the issue was resolved just after the sale finished. Poor form.
