    Weighs A Soccer Ball

Interesting secondary function, but sure, why not

    • Was also confused when I copied paste the description haha.

I'm assuming they are comparing the weight of the air duster to a soccer ball.

    • Could it also weigh a volleyball?

lets not get carried away here mate

Feels like soccer ball is more metric than imperial.

Light In The Dark: See every speck of dust.

It also gives you super human abilities

  • Reviews on Amazon don't inspire a massive amount of confidence but for the price I figure it's worth a go

    • Would be keen if there was an actual ‘decent’ version of these… too put off by the crap reviews on basically all of them though…

Something to replace canned air, or my compressor for cleaning off or drying the RC cars… or dusting Lego sets (where I’d prefer to not have to dig through vacuum bags if a piece comes loose)

I got the blaukpunkt one from coles , it's as loud as a hair dryer but works bloody well as canned air replacement

    • +2

      It's not a cleaner it's a duster…
      lol

It seems Miraklass missed the memo 🙄

I'm pretty sure dusting is cleaning.
I guess that is hard for you to understand.

@Jessie Ryder: Happy to accept that dusting is a form of cleaning… if it's done properly.

Blowing dust all over the place isn't dusting. It's certainly not cleaning. You're just moving the dust from one place to another. Blowing leaves off the driveway onto the lawn makes the driveway look nice, but it doesn't get rid of the leaves! 😂

But if you want to blow dust all over your house with one of these things, go for it.

            • @stuckster: Vacuum requires being pressed up against the surface of the thing you are cleaning to work. A blower allows you to clean things you can't reach or with uneven surfaces. I use mine to clean my keyboard, my computer, and figure collection. It also allows you to blow things dry, when I wash the dust filters for my AC I run a similar blower over them and they're dry instantly.

When you're cleaning with a blower most of it is going onto the floor, you then just have to run the vacuum over the floor to collect the majority of it. If I'm cleaning a room I'll blow out the shelves and their contents, wipe benches, then vacuum floors.

            • @stuckster: I've got one of those 'things' and they are amazing, I've saving a small fortune not buying the can equivalents.

It's useful for dusting monitors and TV screens.

      • How so? By blowing the dust somewhere else?
IMO a static duster or damp cloth that actually removes the dust would be far more effective.

        • Good for dusting electronic components or small mechanical parts like watches where you don't want anything to physically touch the object

@illusion99: Absolutely. Can agree with you there.
But that's a far cry from "every nook and cranny of your home" 😂

    Back in stock?

    Says more than 10 available..

  • Absolutely blown away with this deal tbh

    • If you are blown away by this, you should always keep $2 coin in your pocket while walking. It can get quite windy outside

I reckon a red curry induced fart would be more powerful than this

  • Can’t tell if it’s mini sub or type c charging. It would be worthless if it’s not type c these days

    • From a quick Google of the model number:

      Charging interface: Type-C interface

Just received it today, surprisingly way better than I anticipated it to be. It can move quite a bit of air, definitely will be using to clean out PC cases.
