      Got the same 400 error again today and can't register or convert - almost 48 hours now. Card says to wait 24 hours.
      Tried to ring but was on hold for more than half an hour so hung up

        I’ve had one come good - which I think I bought Monday? But the rest are duds so far. Kind of annoying, luckily I didn’t need to use them urgently or I’d be way more annoyed.

        My observation so far with 4 cards are, if you try to activate within ~48 hrs then it doesn't work. First instance I spoke to TCN and they were useless and told me to send an email and came back with no solutions. However, after 2 days it was registering and converted to eBay. Another set I did the same and worked flawlessly without any issues. But if you try within 48 hrs then may be 400 error or conversion error is occurring. Not sure if 48 hrs is the limit or something but this is working fot me so far. 4 cards converted without any issues.

      this doesn't solve the Error 400 unfortunately - but it is a shortcut if you have a fully functioning card.

          I think they are just not activated quickly. It basically just says the card isn't valid and has an error code 400. They seem to come good if you wait a few days though as others have reported.

          I had 2 cards that wouldn't work yesterday that have worked fine today so I'm not too concerned.

            @Marmaduke: strange… worked straight away for me when bought from 7 eleven

            always get the receipt that shows what has been loaded

            maybe just rare instances

    Just noticed the TCN website now has a pop-up when you go to the contact us section saying they are experiencing system issues and if you're having trouble redeeming cards to wait 3-4 hours. In my experience so far it's more like 3-4 days…..

      yeah this is the same error I've had on a few cards. Just wait a day or two and they should be fine. I think they're supposed to be activated immediately in the store when they scan them but it seems to be taking a few days for the system to catch up…

        I found an alternative solution - register your card by doing a balance check (https://choice.gift/pages/check-balance) then you will be able to swap the card for ebay.
