A futher price drop on the popular Xiaomi Portable Air Pump bringing both down to a record low price. Beating both the Kogan deal and my own deal yesterday.

These designed for topping up smaller tyres like those found on bikes, scooters and mobility scooters. Car tyres can be topped up in an emergency, but due to the flow rate/battery it will take longer. Since this is an air compressor it's not suitable for filling up air mattresses, paddleboards, beach balls etc unless you use a special adapter (i.e. this).

The main difference between the 1S and 2 is that version 2 inflates 25% faster (15L/pm flow rate in 1S), has multiple adapters including a quick connect adapter, an electric scooter preset mode and increased light brightness.

Like the 1S it goes up to 150 PSI, can be set to PSI/BAR, has USB-C charging and an inbuilt light.

AU$ based on current Mastercard rate and GST inclusive.

I have the 1st Version and it's great, bar the micro USB charging. C type will be a useful and worthwhile addition.

Can I use this to pump air tent/mattresses/floating toys,…
Or is it only for high pressure stuff like tyres?
    Thanks

    • +2

Already covered in the deal. You need a special adapter for that stuff.

      • Even with an adapter, I doubt it would be very good. High pressure pumps (like this one) are not typically good high volume pumps (required for mattresses).

        • Probably. Stops people asking me a dozen times.

    • for camping just buy a flextail, like $15 more when its on sale and comes with any attachment you ever need, also can be used as a little light in your tent super good product

  • V2 totaled $38.37 for me

    • You actually had 2 selected and not 1S? Easy mistake to make if you hadn't.

      • +2

🤦‍♂️of course. typical Ali express misdirection tactics.

        • +1

BUY 2 give 1 to me for FREE

  • +2

Great price. Bought v2 for $54 a few months back. Has pumped up car tyres, matressess, pool toys etc. battery lasts quite a while to get good use out of it. Recommend having one in your garage

    • +2

which valve do you use for the air mattress?

  • +1

I just want to buy one so i can "have a more convenient and efficient air-filling experience".

My version 1 had poor battery life from "new" and is now unusable. While changing the battery is possible with soldering, it's landfill; it did not have a hard life. Replaced with cheaper $24 Ali special - https://vi.aliexpress.com/item/1005005855215638.html?spm=a2g… - time will tell

    • Same - the micro-usb v1 can't charge more than both my Xiaomi scooter tyres without flashing red (owned under 3yrs), but I don't trust generic ones with cheap batteries so I'll try v2..

    I got the 2022 version.

    Time to upgrade I guess…

Not sure my old one will be compatible with the new Pirelli tyres I ordered on Black Friday…

    • +6

      no, only Italian air unfortunately.

      • Canned air from Rome?

        • +1

I only breathe Perri-air sourced fresh from the planet Druidia

  • My v1 is about 3 years old. Can do 4 car tyres and 2 motorcycle tyres and still has charge. They're not the quickest, but cheap and works and saves going to a servo. Recommend them.

  • Yeah these are good, bought one a while back when my son was starting to play with footballs, bikes… didn't want to use the hand pump and make excuses not to inflate it. Well worth it, saved my arms and saved my self from getting scolded.

  • I bought the 1S last year. Always use it before long road trip. Very handy tool, so keep it in glove box all the time.

I bought the V2 for $36 about 3 months ago. The gauge isn't very accurate. It's at least 1-2psi off.

  • Tricky dicky site, had to change to USD and for some reason wouldnt process via PP

  • I have the 1S and it's great for my motorbike. Bought a spare.

  • Is the price in title excluding tax? I cant get the V2 below $44.45

    • Incl tax & ship.

    • What's your USD price?

If you have a card without conversion fees, set the website to USD and during PayPal checkout click "See currency options" and bill the card in USD. Then you'll get the exchange rate. Otherwise having AliExpress as AUD or letting PayPal do the conversion to AUD will result in an inflated rate.

  • Any benefits of this over the kmart air pump?

    • Kmart = made in China Garage
Direct Xiaomi/Alix = made in China Premium

    • Which one?

  • Glad I have waited. Got the V2.

  • Total item costs AU$39.66
    Total shipping Free
    Tax AU$4.79

Why is GST 12% instead of 10%?

    • +1

SuperDeal products calculate wrong unfortunately. A bug that they've yet to fix.

  • $44.79, plus $5.32 tax
    Total
    $50.11

    Can't get $44 delivered??

    • If you have a card without conversion fees, set the website to USD and during PayPal checkout click "See currency options" and bill the card in USD. Then you'll get the exchange rate. • I’m using pay after delivery. The total cost still showing 39.66. I think should be good?

  • Sorry, the page you requested can not be found:(

    Looks like OOS

    • Nope. Turn your VPN off or anything that might be masking your location. AliExpress pricing is regional and they present that when they don't think you're in the right country.

      • Turning VPN off + a new incognito tab for it to work :)

      • I guess they might stop you successfully ordering from a cheaper regional priced place and shipping to Australia?

        • +1

More they block certain countries from ordering from AliExpress altogether. While regions like the US, South Korea, Russia and South America have their own AliExpress sites that look quite different to our own.

Surprisingly it's also related to local laws surrounding what can and can't be sold. If you're on a Japanese IP for example you can't see any knock off Pokemon/Nintendo products or GPUs.

  • what if you run out of battery. charge it in the car?

  • What would be a good budget option for refilling 4wd car tyres after driving on sand? Sounds like these would take 30 minutes.

    • Nothing battery operated, better to use a 12V socket inflator. I’ve got a Gooloo GT160, more than twice the battery capacity and airflow than these Xiaomi’s, but even it will take a while to do a 4WD tyre from a low PSI

    • i bought a Dune 4WD Air Compressor 160 LPM one from anaconda, works great. pretty much the same thing they sell everywhere (bcf, kings, auto stores, etc…), just rebranded.

definitely have to get one that hooks up to car battery with high LPM. i think i got mine for$89 a year or 2 ago.

    • Good bicycle floor pump would be quicker than these, and save on gym membership. Get several for faster inflation if you have passengers.

  • Anything for car tyres?

  • My mate bought 3 at $85.27 USD at the final checkout screen. After paying, he was charged $101 USD. Anyone else experiencing this?

    • See the break down price in your Accounts > My orders > Order details

      • Says $92.19 for item + $9.22 tax in USD in order details. Whereas it was $76.05 + $9.22 in the checkout.

        • Not sure why then. I bought just now and was charged exactly the same. Mine is in AUD though.

Can this pump inflatable paddleboards and kayaks?

    • Covered in the post.

      • Thanks - does anyone have experience with using the adaptor? Does it work well?

  • +1

I bought the pump and the adapter you linked.

  • +1

    in stock. just bought.

  • Same bought as well

  • Sorry someone wrongly marked this as expired without bothering to check properly. Still instock.

  • Can this fill my 19" low profiles to 40 PSI?

  • My order just failed to clear at import customs. Anyone else have this issue?

    • +1

That's normal. It will clear in a few days.

    • According to AliExpress Tracking, mine is still showing as 'Failed to clear at import customs' but it was just delivered this morning by Auspost.

      • Yeah mine ended up arriving yesterday too.

        • Mine arrived this morning. Pretty happy with it…seems good little unit.
          Bought for my motorbike

  • Showing $32.45 usd now

  • Mine already arrived, was sent locally, not from China. Box looks a bit beaten up but unit works fine.

    • Box looks a bit beaten up but unit works fine.

Same here. It was just the box in a soft plastic bag with no padding being thrown around by Auspost.

  • I just got mine.. V2. From full charge, it very slowly blew up 4 single mattress pool floaties, then ran out of charge. Slow to recharge too. Won't be keeping it.
