Rang Target and they confirmed they still have handful of Wii available. However, the accessories will be stocked this afternoon.
Latest Update for Wii:
Some Target stores ran out the included games (Samba Amigo and Sonic Unleashed), so they replace it with either Mario and Sonic at Olympics, De Blob and Lego Indiana Jones.
Have just had an unpleasant run in with the Parkes Target store who have said they WILL NOT ACCEPT this voucher.
Explained to them that it was family and friends but NO. She was actually quite rude about it and said that no other Target store should be accepting the printouts either.
She offered to look into it next week. To which she was told that the offer would obviously be over by then and then said "Oh well".
Should have just asked them to scan it and see if it works! The store I went to had no idea but they scanned it and it worked, the staff asked me to leave it with them so they could use it!
I didn't get it printed properly, but still managed to get this offer. They just scanned it and no question at all.

Picked one up at Brookside in Brisbane today. They had run out of the games and accessories. They gave me $40 off for the 8 in one pack then let me choose 2 of what games I wanted, got super smash bro and mario/sonic Olympics. Then used my Wesfarmers flyer to get another 10% off. Total cost was $340 :)
