Damn that went fast.
Daaaaaaamn. Sure did!
Hot damn!
Damn I missed out
They must have added this after the main drop. I don't remember seeing it.
@Kanu how do you set up 3c alert pls?
go to camelcamelcamel.com and set up account, then enter the url of the amazon item you want to track. Then click on create price watch and set your desired price.
You will then get email notification when a "watched item" reaches your desired price.
Most browsers have an CCC extension where you view price history for an item and set alert as you browse amazon.
Thank you very much! Will do
:( missed it
Wait…. 20v, I thought that was the USA Version? Will it accept our 18v or 54v (or the 18v/54v) batteries or does it have a different adapter?
Same shit, same spec, just different branding
Exact same battery voltage, they're just marketing it differently. The nominal voltage of the cells is usually 3.7v x 5 series = 18.5V
orrrr you can market them based off their fully charged voltage which is usually around 4.1v so 20.5V for a 5S pack. The story is Dewalt USA wanted to differentiate their new line of tools from the old one so they marketed them as 20V.
FYI is pretty pathetic - slow to heat and even then its not got much. Ok for some heat shrink thats about it and really need a big battery.
Came here to confirm macmanluke's sentiments. For those who missed out, consider yourself lucky to have $54.57 to spend on a better heatgun :-)
I love Dewalt's tools generally - this is a dissapointment..
😥 I would have bought it for sure if I saw it.
Glad I missed it.
