How do you get these offers. I never seem to get them?

    • Check your email..

    • +2

Surprisingly I didn't get this offer email.

      • Check again tomorrow- I think the e-mails are staggered sometimes.

    • +4

Same never ever got an email from them, maybe last time is when my details got hacked to black market 😳

    • I've never seen anything like this from them either

  • +2

I have received an email with Subject: Save big with an offer from Chemist Warehouse!

However, nothing was mentioned about the offer in the content of the email…

    • Do you have a button at bottom "view entire message"? Might show up if you click that

      • +2

        Checked but no luck…

        • Hmm, yeah I wanted the CWH offer too … the email title says "Save big with an offer from Chemist Warehouse!" but no offer in the email…

    • Same here. i think it could be because i've used up a similar chemist warehouse offer from their past promo.

  • any referral program for it?

    • Nup

Hopefully I get Reject Shop on mine. They (should still) sell prepaid credit along the likes of Apple and Google Play

    • I just got the e-mail; sadly did not get targeted for Reject Shop

    • Are you looking at this on Gmail on a mobile phone? If you look on the desktop or tap "view entire message" in app you can see more offers sometimes.

      • -2

I know how to read my e-mails; thanks.

  • +2

Reject shop is great for Cadburys drinking chocolate, $4.50 instead of $6 as the norm for ColesWorths.

Just stacked the Ampol offer with 5% off buying gift cards.

Note for some re emails, delivery ranges from arvo to late evening

I dont understand how you sign up for these promos - I've had 28' card for years and never received any promotions?

    • Same here, although my card has been used much for nearly 3 years.

  • +2

Anyone having annoying issues lately with them? Besides their personal info leaked

    -not receiving OTP SMS
    -failed online transactions

I called them, they told me for past 2 weeks most customers were not receiving the OTP and their specialists are working on this. I just hung up after being on hold for 45 minutes trying to get a OTP

    • +1

yes very frustrating lately, especially after the new login portal take over. OTP code delays, declined overseas transaction, new card tap to pay doesn't work.

      • Great. I thought I was going crazy. I've had to call them 3 times in the last week. Tired of talking to a robot and reentering or saying my card number, only to have to go through another verification process when I finally talk to someone ….

    • +2

When did you need otp code? I don’t think I’ve ever been asked for one…

      No transactions failed yet

My only gripe so far is I didn’t get my misso at the time to also sign up for a card and have price protection… legit worried I will hit lifetime limit one day

      • +1

I have needed it recently for an $32 Anaconda purchase. And purchases around $150. They are sporadic.

    • Haven't had these issues, can't remember the last time I needed an otp

If the 28degrees card is going to push it's global image it needs to remove its dependence on having to notify overseas travel via a time consuming phone in system and the need to have a working mobile number that is registered to your account and works overseas as frequent SMS approval is required. My Wise debit card works well overseas.

Just received the email from 28. The title said save big with an offer from chemistwarehouse. But couldn't find it in the email. It does list spend $25 get $10 from reject shop, and spend $75 get $10 from ampol

    • same here.

  • I have the same set of deals as OP's except for appliances Online…

  • I have had my card for years and never had an offer. How do you even use this website, when I hit login it is diverted to service centre.latitudefinancial.com.au
This is the worst card ever, even when you notify of overseas travel they still block it so what is the point of it.

    • interesting i havent been overseas personally since 2018, but my misso went overseas for a week this year and used the card in a remote area and had no issues for the whole week. have never notified them of my overseas travels

    Thanks @Jimothy Wongingtons
    email arrived today.

  • Title says "Spend $75 Get $20 at Chemist Warehouse"

But text says "Get $20 cashback when you spend $70 or more at Chemist Warehouse"

    • Hi I updated it to $70 in title. Human error from me trying to summarise the title while also in an after hours work meeting lmao

The body text is copy paste from email directly

      • Thanks!

  • Just received the emai today

  • Typical Latitude 28° debacle.

    using Click to Pay

Is this simply filling your credit card details during checkout? Tried to do it with Dominos and there were no payment options for mastercard's 'click to pay' method either on the app or website.

    • Well on one hand you gotta give credit to latitude for their speed, got my cashback for the chemist warehouse purchase within 3 days. On the other hand it doesn't look like my dominos one tracked unless it needs more time, whether it's due to the whole 'click to pay' thing or not.

      • Dominos cashback did eventually come through even though there was no 'Click to Pay' checkout.

  • Do you have to activate these offers or are they already available to use if you have received an email?

  • So I received this email, with the subject of the email being "Save big with an offer from Chemist Warehouse!" However, when I look through the email, there is no Chemist Warehouse offer listed.

Does anyone else see the same thing?

    • Just contacted customer service, and they said it was a mistake on their end, so the Chemist Warehouse offer doesn't apply for me apparently.

      • Dam I had the same issue, made a purchase anyway and just saw this.

        • Well let us know if you actually end up getting the cashback

          • @mastablasta: Yeah ill hit up support

            • @DaTa: An offer email was resent to me this morning, and Chemist Warehouse wasn't listed, so I think your chances aren't looking good.

  • +1

They are often bad at paying out
In the past I have had to contact them to give me the $

  • I remembered back in the days 28 degrees has price protection insurance. Is this still a thing?

    • grandfathered in for those who enabled it

  • how long does cashback usually take?
