Not sure if it is valid for any other Armani Store, but definitely the one in Chadstone.

Still more expensive… i bought a watch last year from US for $425 (incl postage), the same watch here was $895 from memory.
Also, postage was 48 hours - postage from Sydney to Sydney usually takes longer than that!

I picked up a wallet in Hong Kong last year for $50 and the same thing here is double the price

Up to 40% means that the clothes that are going out of season will have 40% off (which is good), but clothes you really like and/or want to buy will be new and therefore have no discount to 5% off. Cheaper to fly to the USA sometimes I think if you need to shop.
Never bought AX in Australia, what are the prices like here compared to the US with 40% off?
