Please could you elaborate how to do this?
Are you saying you can buy two separate cards on the Swap site and somehow combine them into one? How is this done?
@JHoliday: After you add the first Swap card, click to view the card details, then a section pops up where you can add more. Then when you're done loading up, swap for the gift card (I added 9 yesterday to swap for a $580 eBay gift card). Sorry if I was late to reply btw.
@MiscOzB: Ok so once you have already bought the cards and swapped them to eBay, it is too late to combine…

Yes, regular reminder for all reading that Celebration Swap Card is not Super Swap and has a lot less options.
