I have this, and find on the neck it doesnt do a great job. For my head? Best damn shaver i've used. Quick, easy and a super close shave.
Ah man!! I thought this was supposed to be the best shaver on the market. I’ve always used a cheap Phillips and was keen to try out the “Rolls Royce”.

I just use a beard trimmer, get an easy 0.5 and call it a day - cbf to do the Shaver dance every time
Please do not buy, my cheap xiaomi one works far better.
My Xiaomi shaver is crap
my solution for a close shave:
1. Philips oneblade first - gets close enough, and does best job especially on the neck
2. Andis ProFoil Lithium - it's a foil shaver, costs about 150 bucks on Amazon. gets super close, and it's intended for scull shave which I use it for, too
this combination is cheaper than any premium "shaver" and gets closer than any of them.
I have a series 9. The battery life is fine. The shave is not great. I get a better shave with my old $75 Braun. I replaced the foil during black friday last year which was obviously an improvement but it alone cost $75.
