But they will quote the important stats like:
(3) Up to 72 hrs in seawater.
(4) Up to 1,500 gravitational acceleration.
(6) Up to 15,000 gauss (equal to MRI).
(7) Up to 50 Roentgen (equal to airport X-ray machines).
CamelCamelCamel.
But mate! It will survive a trip in a space rocket!!
and come back with half ass info as it couldnt write fast enough.
At least when it crashes back to earth you'll have 72 hours to collect it from the ocean and then you can try and x-ray the data off
256GB variant is selling for $35.78, read speed is 400MB/s while write speed can reach over 100MB/s (60+MB/s for 128GB)
Doesn't matter if you use this as boot / installation drive but 256GB seems to be a better deal.

I've been using these for many years and never had an issue despite heavy usage. Granted, if you copy across tiny files then the write speed will be slow but so are almost all USB thumbdrives (and who copies tiny files these days anyway?).
