Pioneer AVIC-Z930DAB Car Head Unit $1660 Delivered (Was $2200) @ Bankstown Sound

30

Best Price I can find for this head unit saved $550 off RRP. Top of Range DAB Pioneer Apple Car play and Android Auto both wireless connect with GPS navigation. Dual blue tooth to boot. Great unit seller was very helpful on the phone and got some kicker 6.5 speaker and other accessories with the money saved.

Doubt they will get cheaper over the weekend. If your in the market this ones for you.

Also if you missed out on the pioneer reversing cameras from supercheapauto this guys have them for cheaper and still have stock.

This is part of Black Friday / Cyber Monday deals for 2023

I'll take the lower one thanks

    • Sorry didn't paste the crossed out text. Changed for title for your pleasure.

      • 😁

  • Fair bit of cash to pay over a non navigation head unit. You'd hope SUNA Live Traffic is significantly better than google/apple maps for live traffic. I have my doubts.

    • It is expensive and to be honest you don't need the gps as you can use your phones gps via carplay or android auto. This model will be better for most…

https://www.pioneer.com.au/shop/car/multimedia-receivers/wir…, Has nearly all of the expensive units features (Didn't choose this because of only one camera input and the lack of physical buttons personal preference) Do have a similar unit in one van just easier adjusting or hitting an actual button whilst driving.

I have this on https://www.pioneer.com.au/shop/uncategorized/avh-z9150bt/ in one of my work vans. Older unit but looks the same as the z930 without GPS and works great. Can connect company phone and personal to one unit with duel Bluetooth. Dual camera inputs I also needed.

At this price I'm basically paying $300 for GPS over the z9150bt and getting a newer unit although looks the same. Agreed you dont need the GPS but I'm replacing a stolen one from a delivery work truck so might come in handy.

Also lots of units from pioneer offer Carplay and android Auto but only a few are wireless. Really painful having to plug your phone in to get these features. Above units are wireless and automatically connect.

I suppose do your research first but for my work truck ticks all the boxed. Dual Bluetooth really got me on the brand.

No mention of what dac it uses or anything, even the aliexpress head units are more transparent about what you get for your money

    • No mention of what dac it uses

This is totally irrelevant in a car - the wind/tyre/engine/aircon noise all have dramatically more effect on the sound than the small difference between DACs.
