  • Any I can use here on earth?

  • Apart from toy figures, any real use scenarios?

    • Some common usage scenarios include prototyping everyday objects, making custom parts or accessories for various industries, architectural models, jewellery design, and even making models in the dental field.

I'm going to suggest no, not really.
Context: I have a Mars 3 4K and love it for D&D minis, and have used it for things like props, rings, coins, and even designing dice, but UV resin really isn't suitable for practical applications.

If you want to do practical things with 3D printing, use an FDM printer. Plastic is so much more durable, so much more cost efficient, and so much less fiddly to print.

Having said that, if you do want to print minis, $199 delivered is an insanely good price for the quality you get out of the Mars 3 4K.

You're absolutely right. I answered without distinguishing between types and didn't reply carefully enough . Thank you for adding to the conversation~

  • Is this elephant? Or lego? Ohhhh elegoo

      Hhh, you are so imaginative!
Actually, the abbreviation "ELE" stands for electronic, while "GOO" represents googol. Elegoo combines these terms to signify the fusion of open-source electronics and the vast number of structural models produced by 3D printers.
