Can i buy any ultimate gift cards and get the cashback?
No - can’t buy gift cards online
it would be epic if cashback worked on their giftcards.com.au site
Tracked striaght away
oh o… waiting…
When is the promotion finished?
what if some of the items in the ordered is not fulfilled due to out of stock , would it invalidate whole cashback?
From the conditions of the deal:
"Final cashback amount will reflect modified orders and out of stock items. Cashback is only valid on final invoiced amount."
My order had one item cancelled. Somehow the cashback from original amount tracked through and was approved by ShopBack a while back
if I pay by using "flypay" — (flybuys points), will I still get cashback?
You have success logging in? I can't even use it to pay at Vintage Cellars.
…can you? I called Coles a couple of weeks ago and was eventually informed that FlyPay has been totally disabled for Coles Online payments. I get bounced straight back to the homepage if I try paying with it.
not sure… i just saw there is one option of Flypay when check out…
Yeah, the option is there, but it doesn't work if you try to use it.
I've never receive cashback for flypay, only regular card payments
Is that 15% cashback for all items including liquor?
I hope so, this would make a great deal as they have 20% off liquor at the moment.
This is an underrated comment.
Deserves a deal of its own.I know how to comment on a post but posting a deal is in the Too Hard Basket.
@NoEyeDeer: No worries, someone eventually posted it
Hooley dooley ..how long have i got to stackkkk these..
@tunzafun001: Would you trust SB to actually pay out?
@Fobsessive: Never failed for me so far in 2 years.
Can we use the code and still get 15%?
Up to 15% Cashback Sounds dodgy to me. Arnott's Shapes, Jatz, Savoy, Clix, Mini or Multipacks 15.00%.
May not apply to all items, need confirm.Per terms
“Cashback is not payable on cigarettes and tobacco purchases”Should work on everything else as long as you purchase through the coles website (can’t use the app)
I got the full 15% cashback off of the grocery shop that I did for it, and I didn’t buy any arnotts products. It's not dodgy…
Those products have had 15% cashback for a while. This promotion is on the rest of the store for today only.
It also doesn't say "up to" anywhere I can see, it says "New & Existing Coles customers - 15%".
2 days ago with 30% and 10% westpac more for new online customers.
Just today good due to existing
That was capped to $20 or $25.
How about Bestbuy? Can get cashback buy from bestbuy?
$2 cashback bonus on a $10 gift card gets 400 votes in 2 hrs, 15% off coles gets 40 votes in 3. Only on ozbargain.
great just spent $100 over the last couple days
Sounds too good to be true?
Is there a minimum spend? I cannot see it
$50
Cheers
Great deal, although how long does it go for? Could not find it anywhere on site only that it finishes 11:59pm on the last day of the promotion.
Today only :)
Thanks!
Damn. I just purchased and it was 10%
you can cancel your order -> Account -> Orders -> Select Order -> Cancel
When does Coles track online orderes for Flybuys promos? On the day the order is placed (today) or on pick-up (next Monday)?
I've already done my $50 shop this week, but need one next week…
Also wondering this, was thinking of getting an order delivered on the weekend
When does Coles track online orderes for Flybuys promos?
On the pick-up date.
The flybuys promo usually says something along the lines of it has to be ordered and collected/delivered within the promo window.
It says a lot of things
It processes on the pickup date, no matter whether or not the offer was available or activated before the order was placed - just as long as it’s activated before payment is processed
They're talking about the $50 spend offer though, which specifically states that it must be ordered and collected within the specific week. The other offers don't have that caveat.
Whether their system is good enough to track that I don't know.
@callum9999: I have my week 2 order in already, week 3 is lined up in the trolley and I’m working on a list week 4
I know what it says, but it doesn’t matter - the day order is delivered/picked up/made in store is the day that matters
@linkindan: That's handy to know that's how it usually works, but the first time I used one of these "spend X during week Y" offers my points never posted, which I was told was because I ordered before the start date despite picking up during the offer period (though they did give them to me as a "goodwill gesture").
If you're this confident then it might be worth the risk. Their IT seems incredibly shoddy - the email I got today reminding me of this offer and charting my progress doesn't recognise that I ordered/collected several days ago already.
@linkindan: I've always wondered that.
Week one was done on the Friday, week two in trolley, was waiting till Monday to conform and place the order for next week, week two.
Interesting if it's actually ok to place now, but pick up next week….for week 2 of the 4
It took about half an hour for ShopBack to track the transaction for me :) and I’ve got pick up set for tomorrow
Same. Should have left my week 1 shop of 4 x$50 each week, till today.
Good deal. Successfully tracked at 15% of the receipt amount.
Have you used Westpac card?
Does it matter when you pick it up as long as order today?
It doesn’t seem to as I’ll be picking it up tomorrow, it also doesn’t explicitly state one way or another in the t’s and c’s

Can confirm - order today, pickup any day available
The cashback has been Upsized again to 16 percent
(edit gone back down again to 15 pc)
That's strange. Now (5.53 pm, 5 hours after your comment), I see it's 16% again—-so it varies between 15% and 16%? Not that it makes much of a difference, but it's weird…
If I can still modify my order promotion (because my delivery hasn't been done yet), can I still get this 15% cashback promotion?
It should be fine, as long as it’s modified today only :)
Is this a hard requirement to pay via Westpac card only?
Pay with your eligible linked Westpac card to earn bonus Cashback. See shopback.com.au/westpac or
'Westpac Lounge' on app for details. No I don’t have a westpac card and it worked for me fine :)
I’m assuming the westpac thing is for an additional bonus as ShopBack often has bonuses through westpacThere’s an additional 3% available to Westpac cards, the 15% is for everyone
@gotyourback
Shopback rep, please confirm when is Coles 15% cashback offer is until?
I think it is part of Black Friday sale too so not just today?Hey mate, this one was available all day yesterday, they're on the radar for more upsizes soon though.

Uncapped cashback?
Cheers. Ordered for tomorrows home delivery and cashback tracked.
combined with the 20% off alcohol/liquor
fingers crossed it tracks :)Any issue using Coles promo codes/ staff codes?
I keep getting error that liquor items are not available for my selected time slot for pickup. Two different stores.
It was working earlier…When I go through shopback link, the 20% off alcohol banner is not displayed on the Coles site.
I think this stack has been pulled.
Just in time.. have to order like like $900 this week haha
Anyone else having issues adding items to their cart? Whenever I add something, it shows an error in the cart icon "An item couldn't be added or updated". Happens for anything.
Yes. I get this trying to order on two of our household accounts but not on two others. I've tried different browsers, clearing cache, clearing history, phones, mobiles, tablets and PC all give the same error. The exact same process on the working accounts always works. Contacted Coles previously and they gave a generic response that was not at all helpful. Seems to me these accounts are blocked from online ordering but work fine in store. Since we have 4 people in the household it should not be blocked but is the only reasoning I can come up with. Is anyone else able to give a solution?
Hey I think you're right about our accounts being blocked. I made a new account and ordering was fine.
Oh no… I am overwhelmed with too many deals…
A couple people mentioned having problems in the last hour or so. I just placed 2 orders now, went through successfully. Including with 20% discount for liquor. I did get an error at first stating liquor not available to pickup at the original selected time, but changed time to a few hours later in the same day and no issues after that.
Till when is the shopback available? In 7 days right?
Today only for the 15%
Ok so I have to do it before 11:59 today :D Let me finish my list haha
Some tips for maximum discounts.
Stack the 15% with another 3% bonus cashback when paying with Westpac card.
Spend $200 or more to receive 10x Flybuys points (worth approx another 5%)
Stack with the 20% off liquor.
- NOTE 1: This has a cap of $50 discount,
- NOTE 2: According the the T&C's this can be used maximum of 2 times
- NOTE 3: Many liquor items are already on sale, and will be reduced a further 20% at the checkoutSo a very good deal to stock up on liquor. Maximum value if your transaction is between $200 (to activate the 10x Flybuys points) and $250 (due to $50 discount cap), especially if choosing items already on sale.
Promo codes "new" 1st shop, or "2ndshop" for your ummmm…second shop gives $10 off $150.
I'm on my 3rd shop..so don't know if they actually stack (check they dont remove the alcohol discount)
Yeah but those codes would invalidate the cash back I think?
I don't see any T&C's excluding codes?
New is listed on Shopback
Also the deal says it's expired…it aint yet@tunzafun001: Also don't see it on the T&C's for Coles but I thought that's default T&C's (possibly listed elsewhere)?
And the 15% has expired. Now there's only an "up to 15%" which only applies to some Arnotts snacks.
@tbone74: Yep, Has changed to the dodgy up to 15% now.
Noticed First Choice is back. Rubbish %..but a good sign they are still in this space.
Ok. So you buy a roast (it estimates 2.6kg), but will only charge actual cost.
Will this stuff up cashback when it adjusts?
Previously answered above
Ah Cheers. One of those "we will work out cashback on the modified amount…wink…. then just use the figure on the original checkout). Cool.
what happens if you modify order and resubmit after the offer has ended? Do you still get approved cashback or it is considered new transaction?
According to T&C's
Orders modified outside of the Promotional period will not have Cashback amounts upheld
$125 order yesterday (collected yesterday) only tracked 61c from 'Arnotts at Coles'. What the?
holy moley, something for existing customers?? what a crazy world we live in !
