  • Not sure how often the outlets get new stock but Brisbane's selection was really underwhelming a couple weeks ago. Temped to go back and have another look this afternoon though just in case…

Was in Jindalee last week and there was virtually no styles I would have bought either. All looked horrendous.

Is this further 40% or just normal 40% off RRP

    • +1

      40% off the outlet price

Somebody posted this trick before, but if you use a "Fake GPS" app, set your location to the outlet store you plan to go to, and when you open the app, you can search for items via the "In-Store Mode"

As I am a runner, I am always on the lookout for cheap Vaporfly's and Alphafly's. So with this trick, I can see if it is worthwhile going to the outlet store or not.

So today I am staying home, and avoiding the 2hr queue.

    • Great tip, thanks

Hi MaxiPower, how do you do in-store mode shop? Thanks

      • +1

Once you are at that exqct spot (in the store) it comes up on the app page.

  • Anyone know if there's actually a difference between a clearance store, factory store, and unite store, or is it just an inconsistent naming convention?

Every time I have been to these outlets, they are just full of the overpriced and clothes with funny patterns or cuts that no one wanted for full price. The South Wharf store the other week would have had 400+ people in it and was absolute chaos. I understand it is cheaper, but you can find actual good nike stuff on the iconic during the current sales rather than buying stuff that no one wanted.

    • Usually it is but i got tech fleece pants for $58 and a nike hoodie for my son (not the plain ones but not over the top) for $40 which was a great saving for me since im usually paying $70-150 for each piece of my sons wardrobe.
As you said though it is hard to find things you like, just easier for me as i live close by

  • Not valid with other offer/s.

I assume this doesn't stack with the 50% off back wall shoes?

    • In the past, it would be 40% (or whatever the storewide sale was) off the backwall price. But nowadays it seems the backwall discount is changed to be the storewide discount.

  • Went to DFO Homebush and walked straight out. The line for payment snaked throughout the store that made the lines at Disneyland look like Fast Pass lanes. My guesstimate is one hour plus to pay for your goods.

  • Went to Birkenhead Point. The queue to pay was moving relatively quickly despite it going all the way to the change rooms (when I started queueing), all registers were open. Maybe 20 min at most. Mind you this is a Tuesday. It’d be crazy on the weekend.

    • Any good deals at Birkenhead for road running shoes?
