    I think there's two types here
    Westpac Wednesdays 15% Cashback rate
    And a new customer bonus 20% Cashback rate

    I'm not sure if they can be stacked. I tried a while ago and only received the 15% Cashback. I thought I was also a new customer as I hadn't made a purchase on the account before.
