Rubbish offer. Cant be burning a credit inquiry for 270 lol

  • Card Issued by NAB/Citi

  • Been with Bank of Queensland for over 3 years (mortgage) and had the credit card for about 18 months.

Their app and online system is horrendously outdated. Customer service ok when you can get a hold of them. Physical bank presence is ok in WA at least for me.This card (before NAB / Citi) use to waive first annual fee for mortgage holders.

If you can look past the above, good deal!

  • No offence to OP but I just opened an account as at least on paper it seemed a great deal, however, the UI and customer care (over the phone) are horrible! You can't even see the transactions till they're cleared, Q rewards rarely sends the OTP required to see if I have reached the point where I can close the account, just very frustrating… sorry for venting. I will not recommend it unless you don't mind visiting the bank for literally everything. Worst experience I have had as compared to literally any other bank I have banked with.
