As title says, 30% off listed price of Asus Notebooks. Small print says floorstock only, but if you order online with delivery, they just organise it from a store with stock.

Got a Ux32VD for a friend for $909 which is a pretty good price for that model.

Their website is really crap, you can't easily see what stores have stock, and then to buy it wouldn't work in IE, tried opera and went all the way through with the purchase but failed at credit card stage. then ended up using paypal option and that worked.

The Asus model numbers confuse me. The new Full HD ones the UX31A are they out at the good guys? Or is the only new full HD one that they have is the UX32D?

  Same here. I get really confused too. But none of the laptops on the link are Full HD. The UX32D on the list is only 1366. I think the UX31 is a better buy given it has a higher resolution even though it is one generation behind.

    You are correct. The UX32VD-R3001V is not the new Full HD one. The waiting continues.

  the UX32VD is an oxymoron laptop. Its trying to be an ultrabook but is fat and thick, so it compromises on cooling and a few other bits..might as well have designed it in the u36 formfactor
