It will look pretty washed out compared to a MacBook display, that’s more or less the tradeoff with a matte display finish - does better in a reflective environment at the cost of colour.
Glossy monitors are pretty uncommon outside of LG Ultrafines, Apple’s own monitors and larger TVs that people use as monitors like 42” LG OLEDs.

Yeah. That would be a valid comment if the panel was a TN. But VA is a very good budget panel.

RGB, only the M27Q Rev1 came in BGR subpixel layout.

For anyone that sees this, I bought it and it's rather awful, definitely worth spending extra on something else. It's too bright even at 0 brightness and blacks just get murdered if you view in a dark room.
