            @MatrixM: Batteries on ThinkPad are 70% health and above. T480s i5 is 12gb (8 - Soldered+4Gb SODIMM) T480 i7 is 16Gb (8 - Soldered+8Gb SODIMM)

  Description for "Toshiba Portege X20W-E" says, no pen included. Can I use pen from my other Portege model?
  Also how's the physical condition for this one?

    Not sure about the pen compatibility, but specs sheets says X20W series and X30T series pens are compatible. The laptops are Grade A physical condition
