  I don't think all stores are doing this. Had a few click and collects a couple of weeks ago. One store put the voucher in a couple of orders, one didn't.

  Does Click & Collect require a minimum purchase?
  No, click and collect is available without a minimum purchase amount. Orders below $50 will incur a $5 admin fee.

  Is that for real? Anyone placed an order lately? So the $5 in store voucher offsets the $5 click and collect admin fee…

  Voucher wasn't included with my click and collect order and was told by Spotlight customer service that I need to go back to the store and ask about it.
  There is obviously something wrong with their internal processes if an advertised promotion isn't being fulfilled.

  I contacted Customer Services after the staff at Penrith Spotlight told me they knew nothing about the vouchers. Customer Service said they had told the store to contact me so that I could go in and collect the voucher. That was 2 weeks ago and still waiting. This is typical of Spotlight and there staff
