  Not sure if this is genuine Hario - the article number on the amazon page doesn't match the one on Hario's page.

    It says BRAND : HARIO and sold by Amazon Japan so I wouldn't be too worried. There's always Amazon returns if it isn't genuine.

      Yeah certainly seems to be the Japanese version if you look up the ASIN/model

      I have a Hario Skerton and it does the job when I want to use the Aeropress or make cold brew

    I've owned both versions before and have found the model that OP posted to be better. The grinding chamber is bigger and didn't jam as easily. This smaller version I owned for about 6 months and then somehow the locking mechanism at the bottom of the grinding chamber jammed so badly I couldn't unscrew it to clear it out. Basically couldn't use it again. I've never had that problem with the bigger model.
